For example, you are not an employee but are planning to use EMSL computing resources by logging in from your own institution (and are a foreign-national).
If you don't yet have an account, send a message to your PNNL collaborator or Point-of-Contact with the information listed below. Clearance procedures, especially for citizens of sensitive countries, could take up to 16 weeks. Special concern countries marked with an (*) are not eligible for computer access. We will forward some forms that you must complete and return. If approved, your password will be sent to you via overnight express mail. About the same time you may also receive information from EMSL on access procedures, depending on the computers you will be using.
If you already have an account, you can request access to additional computer resources at any time in the future by first asking your host to update your Foreign National Visitor's Access form (FNVA).
Once all forms are returned and approved an account is created and a password overnight mailed. Contact the EMSL User Support Office for details.
