Performance of Selected GA Operations

Performance of get, put, and atomic accumulate operations has been measured in the access to local and remote two-dimensional square sections of a matrix (double precision). A section of a global array is considered local if it is logically assigned to the given processor. Otherwise, it is called remote. The data in this test is referenced in a noncontiguous (strided) fashion since the leading dimensions of source and destination arrays do not match.
