The main issue we saw was that a significant number of people would not have the appropriate software installed to make this work. That would mean that we would have to get them to install the software which added another step in the process. At that time (which was about a year ago), we were also being discouraged by our computer security folks from using it. We made the call that it wasn't the right solution. It is possible that we were wrong and that now it might be more feasible. ;) I'm open to discussion.
