I see that instructions exist for compiling NWChem 4.7 with MPI support in Windows using the Compaq Visual FOrtran compiler: http://www.emsl.pnl.gov/docs/nwchem/support/faq/windows.html#win32compile But the last I checked, the "NWChem 5.0 for Windows" binary was distributed as a cygwin application (which runs on Windows when cygwin's cygwin1.dll was also present). I cannot find a definite statement of whether there is a binary distribution of NWChem 5.0 that supports parallel execution on Windows, and how to invoke such a request.
