Registration and Badging
Registration cost for the full symposium will be $400 for pre-registration or $475 at the conference. This registration fee includes the final program; one copy of the conference proceedings; lunches on the 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th; refreshments; poster and welcome receptions; and the conference trip and banquet. A discounted student pre-registration fee of $150 (on site $160) is available and includes everything listed above except the conference proceedings. A single day registration fee for non-students is available at $150/day. Registration is now available online.
Visitors need to be appropriately badged into the EMSL building. Barbara Diehl will contact the registrants to get this information. Since it may take 2-4 weeks to get the paperwork done for non-U.S. citizens, they are encouraged to contact Barbara Diehl in advance to complete the paperwork.

Conference Trip and Banquet
In conjunction with the meeting, a conference trip will be arranged to visit several wineries and vineyards in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Pasco, and Kennewick) area on Wednesday, June 18. Washington wineries are world famous, and the Washington area boasts the second largest wine industry in the U.S. The conference banquet will be held at the Columbia Voyager River Cruise on the majestic Columbia River on June 19, at 6.00 PM.
