Registration is now closed.
The meeting registration fee is $50 for students and $125 for nonstudents. The registration fee includes the final program with abstracts, refreshments and lunch both days. A vendor-sponsored optional banquet at Terra Blanca Winery will be held the second night. Financial support is available for students in the form of two nights stay, double occupancy, at the Red Lion Hotel in Richland, Wash.
PNNL and EMSL staff need to register for the meeting and can use either P-card or travel card to register.

Badging Requirements
If you have a U.S. Department of Energy standard badge or a U.S. Department of Energy common credential badge you do not need to fill out the visitor information form; just bring your badge with you. If you do not have one of the above badges, please download and complete the PNNL Visitor Badge Information form [Word] before registering for the workshop. When complete, please send the form as an attachment to user.meeting@pnnl.gov.
IMPORTANT: All non-U.S. citizens must download and complete the Foreign National Visits and Assignments Questionnaire [Word] instead of the visitor badge information form before registering for the symposium. When complete, please send the form as an attachment to user.meeting@pnnl.gov.
