Yen-Chen Liao
Postdoctorate Research Associate

Yen-Chen Liao is a postdoctorate research associate doing single-cell proteomics using the nanoPOTS system. He works on combining the techniques from the top-down proteomics and the nanoPOTS teams to perform spatial proteomics of rat brains, which significantly increased proteoform identification and was published in Molecular & Cellular Proteomics in 2023.

Liao’s current research focuses on affinity purification for target protein enrichment under the nanoPOTS system. He aimed to use antibody-conjugated beads to enrich target protein in low microgram level protein input.
